Privacy policy

QuoteBloke (“we”, “us”) is operated from Australia and provides quoting software for sole-trader tradies. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using QuoteBloke you agree to this policy.

What we collect

• Account info: email address and password (hashed), and your business profile (name, ABN, phone, address, logo).
• Quote content: details you enter into quotes — client names, contact details, line items and notes — plus the generated PDFs.
• Billing info: if you subscribe, Stripe processes and stores your payment details. We never see your full card number; we only store a Stripe customer reference.
• Usage data: basic logs (IP address, user agent, page visited, timestamps) to keep the service secure and stable.

How we use it

• To provide the quoting service you signed up for.
• To send transactional email (e.g. quote PDFs to your clients) via Resend.
• To process subscription payments via Stripe.
• To investigate abuse, debug issues and improve the product.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your quote content to train AI models.

Where it lives

Account data, quotes and uploaded logos are stored with Supabase (Postgres + private Storage buckets). Subscription data lives with Stripe. Email delivery uses Resend. Each provider holds the data subject to its own security and privacy controls.

Sharing

The only third parties who handle your data are the service providers we depend on to operate QuoteBloke (Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Vercel). We share information with them strictly to deliver the service. We may also disclose information if required by Australian law.

Your choices

• You can update or delete your business profile at any time in Settings.
• You can cancel your subscription from the Stripe billing portal.
• You can request account deletion by emailing us at hello@quotebloke.com.au. Deletion removes your profile, quotes and uploaded files within 30 days.

Children

QuoteBloke is not directed to anyone under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email before they take effect.
